Small Successes

  1. I've done 30mins of aerobic Wii Fitting each day since I started.
  2. I've FoodOptimised properly each day.
  3. My Wii Fit age has dropped from 44 to 37 (I'm 36).

    Congrats on the workouts! I may need to check this out. Is this a Wii system/group out there that helps the workouts?
